The Panasonic Comfort Cloud app allows you to conveniently control and monitor your Panasonic air conditioning and ventilation units from anywhere using your smartphone. With its user-friendly interface and advanced features, it enhances your living space by providing a comfortable and high-quality environment.

For added convenience, the automatic log-in period has been extended to 6 months. However, for security reasons, you will need to log in again if the application has not been used for more than 6 months.

Please note that the ventilation system is only available in the following 4 countries: Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

• Main Features:
• Remotely control your air conditioning and ventilation units
• Purify your home/workspaces with Panasonic's unique nanoe™X technology
• Select different modes for the ideal indoor environment
• Check the simulation result of nanoe™ X concentration on your mobile screen
• Easily turn nanoe™ on or off with the One-touch nanoe™ button on the main screen
• Pre-cool or pre-heat your home/workspaces before arriving
• Adjust Fan Speed & Air Swing according to your preference
• Set up a Weekly Timer for up to 6 operations per day of the week (connect up to 200 units in total with this App)
• Turn on or off all air conditioning units and ventilation units at once by each group or create multiple groups (maximum 20 units per group, maximum of 10 groups)

• Monitor:
• View and monitor your air conditioning statistics, including indoor/outdoor temperature and energy consumption graphs
• Monitor ventilation statistics, such as indoor temperature, humidity, CO2, and PM2.5 levels

• Filter Information:
• Receive notifications when it is time to clean or replace the ventilation units' filter, ensuring comfortable air quality

• Alert Messages:
• Receive timely notifications along with error codes when an error occurs
